3. Service Agreements and Project Execution

• Consultancy and Audits: Any structural, electrical, or fire safety audit provided by Popular Consultants BD is based on the visible and accessible conditions of the site at the time of inspection, alongside the data provided by the Client.
• Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide accurate facility blueprints, historical safety data, and unobstructed site access required for our engineers to conduct thorough assessments and installations.
• Turnkey Installations: Delivery timelines and installation schedules for turnkey projects are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping, customs, or unforeseen site complications (Force Majeure).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Popular Consultants BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or profits, arising out of the use of our website or the implementation of our consultancy advice.

While our designs and installations strictly aim to meet national and international compliance standards (BNBC, NFPA, RSC), the final approval and certification rest with the respective regulatory authorities. We do not guarantee the passing of third-party audits if the Client alters, neglects, or fails to properly maintain the installed systems (unless covered under an active AMC with us).

5. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

If you enter into an Annual Maintenance Contract with us, the specific scope of regular maintenance, emergency response times, and equipment coverage will be detailed in a separate, signed AMC agreement. These Terms and Conditions act as a supplement to any direct service contract.
